  • Managing the studio’s established process despite a very short timeline, reaching from September 2019 to March 2020.
  • Creating a solution that corresponds to the defined goals, but without compromising the existing room structure too much.
  • The implementation of organizational changes during the project, meaning partly changed conditions.

Process

  • An initial strategy and analysis phase, in which the defined goal description was established together with the steering group.
  • Programming based on BillerudKorsnäs’ needs, followed by drawings of optimized flows and floor plans.
  • Creation of design concept and project planning.

Result

  • An open and optimized space that meets the requirements of a large employer with sustainability at its core, without compromising the property’s room structure.
  • A modern materialization and reflection of BillerudKorsnäs’ values, brand, and process.
  • A new head office that has contributed to strengthening the internal community and joint culture.
