Positions: Lead Architect (Uppdragsansvarig)

We are looking for one Lead Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this role. To be successful in this position, you need a driven and customer-oriented personality as well as a genuine interest in leading teams. You base your work on an understanding of the specific business case and see the connection between strong concepts and successful results. You have previously been responsible for complex commercial projects and working with strong, commercial brands.

In addition to communicating fluently in both Swedish and English, ideally, you come in with your own network of clients. You also enjoy networking and building long-term client relationships. Experience from working in Archicad is a merit, but not a must.

 

Positions: Project Managing Architect (Projektsamordnare/handläggare)

We are looking for one Project Managing Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience in this role. To be successful in this position, you must be an excellent multi-tasker – focused, organized and responsive – and the passionate engine of your projects regardless of their scope. In addition, you apply strong conceptual thinking to your work. As you have already worked in project managing roles in Sweden, you have the capacity to balance your focus on the client as well as on the team, thereby ensuring the best possible results. You also have previous experience working with complex projects.

You have knowledge of Swedish building laws and regulations and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. Experience from working in Archicad is a merit, but not a must.

 

Position: Architect (Arkitekt)

We are looking for one Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience. To be successful in this position, you need strong technical knowledge and experience from delivering construction detailing and providing solutions. In addition, you need documented experience within larger detailed design commercial projects. You apply conceptual thinking to your work and see yourself as a strong team player, yet with the ability to take proactive initiatives and ownership.

You have knowledge of Swedish technical/building regulations and a good standard of both written and verbal Swedish. Experience from working in Archicad is a must (advanced is a plus).

 

Position: Interior Architect (Inredningsarkitekt)

We are looking for one Interior Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience. To be successful in this position, you need strong knowledge in design programme, space planning and schematic design. In addition, you need documented experience within larger detailed design commercial projects. You apply conceptual thinking to your work and see yourself as a strong team player, yet with the ability to take proactive initiatives and ownership.

You have knowledge of Swedish technical/building regulations and a good standard of both written and verbal Swedish. Experience from working in Archicad is a must (advanced is a plus)

 

Position: Architect/Constructing Engineer with CAD/BIM Expert knowledge

We are looking for a highly motivated CAD/BIM Expert with a desire to learn and develop in this role. We believe that you should have a minimum of 3 years of working experience. To be successful in this position, you are a natural superuser within Archicad and earlier proven expertise in BIM modeling. You have an advanced understanding of drafting and managing files in CAD and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your colleagues with your great communication skills. The role includes developing internal processes related to your expertise together with our already established CAD forum. In addition, you have previous experience with complex construction design projects of a larger scale.
