Studio Stockholm Arkitektur and Klövern make Kista a more exciting place
Together the two parties are developing the Kista Gate property comprising approximately 40,000 sqm of office space.
Kista Gate is a modern and space-efficient office building where the tenants’ needs and wishes with regard to tailored, flexible and inspiring office environments will be on offer from 500 sqm up to 40,000 sqm.
A halo on the roof that will give the property a signature and an original identity will be a spectacular feature. The halo’s function could be a marketing place for tenants, a running track, a restaurant or a hotel. More spectacular features of the property will include, for example, meeting rooms in the forms of hanging glass cubes within the inner courtyard.
Kista Gate will be a full-service property. The plans include a restaurant, shared reception, conference space, cafe, gym and pool.
The property already has fantastic attributes such as good ceiling heights, several atriums, a roof terrace and lovely light thanks to its large glass windows.
Kista Gate is located on Torshamnsgatan in Kista, the Central Business District.
