Studio Stockholm and Valad Europe develop STHLM Sydväst
Studio Stockholm Arkitektur has been commissioned to develop a strategy and concept for rebuilding and rebranding Valad Europe’s office in Hägersten. The house popularly known as Comviq-house, after the building’s first tenant Comviq, will now be called STHLM Sydväst and will undergo a major refurbishment to meet modern day requirements for premises.
“The assignment is very exciting and full of opportunities. We have the chance to create a new landmark on one of the main roads into Stockholm”, says Alessandro Cardinale, a partner at Studio Stockholm Architecture.
Savills has begun the process by renting premises in the approximately 6 300 sqm building located on Västertorpsvägen 135. With its great location for advertising and its proximity to the E4, the premises are situated in a very strong office location in the south-west of Stockholm.
