When tasked to design the local office in the Swiss financial hub, the requirements were no different – the new Zürich office should exude the professionalism, timelessness, and quality that represents EQT and its investment philosophy.
With a strong focus on finding customized solutions that combine the EQT global design guidelines with the unique conditions of the property – all managed at a distance, due to the covid pandemic – the result is an office that has both strengthened office culture and empowered the brand.
Challenge
- Running an international project during a pandemic, finding ways to maintain creativity in each part of the process.
- Coordinating and managing the involved actors from a distance – local project managers, subcontractors, and local architects, as well as internal stakeholders at EQT – while driving everyone in the same direction.
- Customizing the global design manual to the fixed conditions of the property.
