New Build & Refurbishment – Consultant or Employment

We are looking for an experienced professional to help drive projects forward—from concept to completion.

About the role
You will work with project development and detailing across both new build and refurbishment projects, primarily within commercial and office sectors. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously and are expected to quickly understand new assignments and identify next steps. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, consultants, and clients.

Experience & competence:

• Experience in project development/delivery (architect or architectural/structural engineer)
• Experience in new build and/or refurbishment projects
• Strong skills in Archicad (required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to quickly engage in new projects

• Strong collaboration skills and a team player
• Enjoys contributing expertise and sharing ideas
• Social and communicativeLoyal, committed, and responsible
• Able to work independently and confidently in your role
• Can work comfortably in both Swedish and English
