Sveriges Snyggaste Kontor 2025

October 8, 2025

The competition is on! Studio Stockholm Arkitektur is proud to have FIVE magical, and very different projects, running this year in Fastighetssverige´s  competition “Sveriges Snyggaste kontor 2025”.

The headquarters of Natur & Kultur on Karlavägen 31 in Stockholm is an architectural landmark, designed by Sven Markelius for Skogsindustrierna in 1959. Over the years, the building had lost much of its original character due to successive renovations, while no longer meeting modern requirements for workplace functionality and flexibility. The result is a modern workplace where the iconic 1950s design language harmonizes with today’s functional and technical demands.

Svenska Spel in Stockholm. A new headquarters that unites playfulness, a winning spirit, and responsibility in the heart of Stockholm. Driven by new ways of working and the ambition to create a more vibrant and collaborative culture, the move was focused on shaping a workplace that reflects the company’s renewed identity.

And honestly – who wouldn’t want to design Red Bull’s office? So much fun! Red Bull’s Stockholm office, located in the historic Tobaksmonopolet building on Rosenlundsgatan, has been expanded and revitalized to reflect the brand’s energetic and forward-looking character. A central social hub was placed in the entrance area, equipped with elements like a ping-pong table and a DJ booth, underlining Red Bull’s view that work and play go hand in hand.

Länsförsäkring Kronoberg in Växjö, where Studio Stockholm Arkitektur has not only done the interior architecture but also designed the entire extension. Such a beautiful property in Växjö! Studio Stockholm has accompanied Länsförsäkring Kronoberg on a ten-year journey to transform their head office in Växjö and a series of local branches. The ambition was clear: to modernize outdated environments, strengthen the brand, and attract new generations of employees and customers while maintaining its core customers.

And finally, Pembroke  – what a gem. With Studio Stockholm acting as both architect and interior architect, a journey began to manifest Pembroke in physical form. The result is an activity-based office with optimized work processes to enhance well-being, creativity, and productivity. This is achieved within an open and supportive atmosphere, fostering knowledge sharing for the development of all employees, and bridging Pembroke’s global presence with the local Swedish market through a design that speaks both globally and locally.
