We are very happy and proud that Marie Holmberg will be one of the speakers at Fastighetssveriges important event Fastighetskvinnan, taking place on September 2nd at Berns Salonger in Stockholm. At 13:05, Marie Holmberg – Studio Director, Partner, and Architect at Studio Stockholm Arkitektur – will speak on the topic: “The New Demands in the Architecture Industry.” What does it really take to be an effective studio leader in today’s architecture world? And how has the role evolved in recent years? Employees are setting new expectations for leadership, culture, and flexibility – while the studio’s attractiveness as a workplace has become a key factor in attracting and retaining talent. What challenges do women face as they step into leadership positions where they have long been underrepresented? And what does this shift mean for the industry as a whole?
