Köpcentrum & Butiker

September 17, 2024

Fastighetsvärlden’s conference Köpcentrum & Butiker really delivered! High participation and initiated speakers. Both slightly uncomfortable statistics and exciting numbers that Emma Hernell from HUI Research showed. Interesting speakers included Niklas Blonér Skandia Fastigheter Väla, Martin Hallander from ARKIVET Second Hand, Fredrik Mässing CEO Prisma Properties and Thomas Holm CEO Svenska Handelsfastigheter and we learned more about the move of Kiruna from Kajsa Axelsson and Fredrik Elsner from Wester+Elsner arkitekter.

Vanna Gunnarsson from Studio Stockholm Arkitektur, lectured on Placemaking and advised on what to think about and showcased the project: Lidingö Centrum.

There was a lot of energy in the room, and now we look forward to an exciting autumn!
