Studio Stockholm has been appointed to design Foodora’s new Stockholm office in Fleminggatan 20
Since 2019, Studio Stockholm has been developing strategy, concept, product, and market material for real estate investment company NCAP’s property Brädstapeln 13 at Fleminggatan 20.
When the project entered the next phase, Studio Stockholm was commissioned to complete the detailed design and construction drawings for the entire property, including signed tenants such as Svevia, Svensk Exportkredit, and Groth.
The latest tenant, Foodora, who has signed a five-year lease of 4,200 square meters distributed on three floors including a top floor roof terrace, has also commissioned Studio Stockholm to develop and design their new Stockholm office, as a result of close collaboration in the leasing process.
– We are of course very excited about this! It feels great to continue working with a product that you have created from scratch and to get the opportunity to also play an active role in the tenant’s fit-out, helping them with their strategies and design their future working spaces, says Marie Holmberg, partner, and lead architect at Studio Stockholm.
