Studio Stockholm Arkitektur designs EQT’s new office

February 6, 2017

Studio Stockholm Arkitektur has been commissioned to design EQT’s new office in Stockholm’s Urban Escape. EQT are leaving their current office at Blasieholmen and are scheduled to move in during the spring of 2019. The office will be located on the two top floors of the intersection Hamngatan / Regeringsgatan.

“It is confirmation to once again portray EQT’s Stockholm office. We designed their current offices at Blasieholmen, which consists of a mix of old and new facilities. With this project, we will be able to work with creative and sustainable solutions and create a world class office. The ambition is to create an innovative working and meeting place where every detail is thought out”, says Marco Checchi, partner at Studio Stockholm Architecture.

With this project Studio Stockholm Arkitektur continues to consolidate its strategy of creating strong concepts for leading brands.

“The office of Blasieholmen is fantastic; design and interior furnishings are timeless and even though we have been here for almost 10 years, it still feels modern. The premises at Urban Escape have a completely different character; because it is newly built, this offers new, exciting and creative opportunities. We are also looking forward to continuing our good collaboration with Studio Stockholm”, says Patrik Burnäs, administrative director at EQT in Stockholm.

EQT was founded in 1994 in Sweden and is today a leading Alternative Investment company. EQT has approximately 450 employees globally with offices in Europe, Asia and North America. EQT invests in companies worldwide with its strategy to create stable and sustainable growth.
