  • Create a new concept and profile for the building.
  • Repaint the building’s façade to rebrand it as a new product on the market.
  • Create new efficient accessible entrances.
  • Design new interactive venues to activate the ground floor.
  • Create a new structural solution with a new sprinkler system allowing for multiple tenants in a space efficient environment.

Result

  • IBM has decided to relocate their head Sweden office to this location signing a long lease for most of the building.
  • A new destination and product is launched on the Kista market as well as boosting the new Land Lord’s profile in the area.
